improved reporting
I have been running NER for about a week now and have one alert for an entire network, 192.168.12.0/24.
Occasionally I get an alert that shows the response time is very high for example...
On Tue Jun 16 07:32:00AM 2009, the monitoring task 'Vlan12' has raised a response time alert on following IPs
Response time for 192.168.12.60 is 1000000000 ms!
Response time for 192.168.12.250 is 1000000000 ms!
Response time for 192.168.12.34 is 1000000000 ms!
Response time for 192.168.12.62 is 1000000000 ms!
Response time for 192.168.12.63 is 1000000000 ms!
Response time for 192.168.12.54 is 1000000000 ms!
Response time for 192.168.12.55 is 1000000000 ms!
Response time for 192.168.12.56 is 1000000000 ms!
Response time for 192.168.12.66 is 1000000000 ms!
Response time for 192.168.12.57 is 1000000000 ms!
So is this some broken communication? What do I need to do to not report on these or report the protocol that failed?
Thanks
